A Little Bit About Me
Asalamoalaikum,

I am a simple and family oriented type of gal making a dua to Allah swt to bless me with a life partner that He knows is RIGHT for me. I would describe my personality as loving, respectful, respectable, confident, easy going, extremely caring and hard working with a perfect balance of both eastern and western values.

We are a Sunni Muslim, Rajput family, originally from Lahore, Pakistan. We have lived in North America (Canada & USA) for the past 20 years prior to which I was raised in the Middle East. I grew up doing 1-2 ummrahs per year, and performed my first hajj at the age of 6.

I consider myself a moderate Muslim, who loves Allah (swt) and his Rasool (pbuh), loves her parents, family members in general, and wish to please Allah in all my actions. I was raised with the upbringing of keeping a balance between deen and duniya, with a progressive outlook, and an open mind. Education both Islamic and of this Duniya holds utmost importance. I do not drink or smoke, and strive to become a better Muslim on a daily basis.

As for the career details, I work as a pediatrician and love my job! After completing residency training at UMDNJ, I have moved back to be closer to family on the west coast. I love kids and would love to start my own family one day. Life is good and balanced for me. I mostly enjoy spending time with parents and siblings, and enjoy hiking/ exploring the beautiful pacific north.
